Acrylic cake toppers are reusable — immerse in warm soapy water and carefully wipe. Do not place inside the dishwasher. Our wooden cake toppers have a food-safe stake and can be reused; we recommend you do not submerge them in water. Mirrored acrylic scratches easily, so take care when wiping and only damp-wipe the stake. Store toppers in a box to avoid breakage.

These items are NOT dishwasher safe. HAND WASH ONLY WITH COLD WATER and DRY IMMEDIATELY AFTER. Prolonged exposure to moisture and direct heat or sunlight should be avoided.

Use a skewer to make a hole first, then place the topper into the cake. Do NOT push on the text — use the stake only. Our toppers are strong, but script fonts stay delicate. We do not replace toppers broken while inserting them.

Yes — they are made from acrylic or wood, which are flammable. Do not place candles underneath or close to the topper.

Our products are laser-cut, and slight charring can occur during cutting, particularly on the back. Where possible we hand-sand to remove excess charring. Minor laser charring is not considered a fault.

We package with care, but if your order arrives damaged, email or WhatsApp a photo within 24 hours of arrival and we will happily replace it. Please choose carefully — we do not accept refunds due to the custom-made nature of our products, and we cannot accept returns for spelling mistakes on a design you have approved.
